Information you choose to provide

Hernandez Landscape & Tree Service LLC collects the contact and property details you choose to send through our quote forms, phone calls, texts, emails, or social media messages. A website quote request may include your name, phone number, email address, property address, preferred callback time, requested service, and project description.

The emergency-tree form can also accept your location. Precise device location is requested only after you press the location button and your browser asks for permission; typing an address or ZIP code is an alternative.

How the information is used

We use this information to respond to your request, schedule estimates, prepare quotes, complete service work, follow up about active or recent projects, and protect the forms from spam or misuse. We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers and website data

Website form submissions are processed by Web3Forms so the request can be delivered to the business email account. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, whose servers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested page, and time of access.

Google Tag Manager is used to load measurement tools and record website actions such as quote-button and tap-to-call clicks. The active tags may use cookies or similar browser storage. Form-field contents are not intentionally included in these analytics events.

We may share information only with service providers needed to operate the website or respond to a request, when required by law, or to protect the business and visitors from fraud or misuse. Links to Google, Facebook, and other third-party services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.

Retention and your choices

Copies of request and project records controlled by Hernandez Landscape are kept only as long as reasonably needed for scheduling, customer service, business records, dispute prevention, and legal obligations. Web3Forms, GitHub, Google, email providers, and other service providers may keep information under their own retention policies. You can block optional location access in your browser and manage cookies or analytics storage through your browser settings.
